Gender Peer Learning Group


Gender Peer Learning Group brings together professionals working across HR, sustainability, ESG and related business functions for structured, practical exchange on advancing gender equality in the workplace and across business operations.

The programme is designed to provide a trusted space for open discussion, peer learning and the sharing of real-life practices and challenges.


The sessions draw on the Target Gender Equality Accelerator methodology and the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), developed by UN Global Compact and UN Women.


Throughout 2026, the group will focus on assessing current performance and identifying gender gaps, strengthening gender-responsive policies and practices, setting measurable targets, and translating priorities into concrete action plans and KPIs.

Participation is open exclusively to members of the UN Global Compact Network Croatia.
