Climate Peer Learning Group
The Peer Learning Group on Climate brings together ESG and sustainability professionals for structured, practical exchange on climate transition and climate-related challenges in the Croatian market.
The programme is designed to provide a trusted space for open discussion, peer learning and the sharing of real-life case studies. Sessions are facilitated by Forvis Mazars Croatia.
Throughout 2026, the group will focus on GHG emissions measurement and management, climate risks and transition finance, as well as climate transition strategy and communication.
Who is this group for?
The Peer Learning Group is designed for:
- ESG and sustainability professionals
- Professionals responsible for climate reporting and GHG emissions management
- Professionals involved in climate risk, strategy and transition planning
- Companies already reporting under CSRD/ESRS E1 or preparing to do so
Participation is open exclusively to members of the UN Global Compact Network Croatia.

- 3 in-person sessions during Q4 2026
- 3-hour interactive meetings
- Case studies and guest speakers
- Moderated peer exchange

- GHG emissions measurement and management, including Scope 1, 2 and 3
- Climate risks and transition finance
- EU Taxonomy and green financing
- Climate target setting, transition strategy and stakeholder communication
Outcome
The group’s work will result in shared conclusions and recommendations for 2027, reflecting the practical insights, challenges and solutions identified throughout the programme.
